We offer Down Draft type Spray Painting Booth. The features of the product are as follows:

Down Draft Type Spray Painting Booth

These types of painting booths are specially designed for heavy and voluminous components which are difficult to handle like tractors, chassis of vehicles, trailers, earth moving machineries, wagons etc.

The fresh air flow in such painting booth is from top to bottom. The water tank is placed underground and it can be made of either alkali-proof RCC or fabricated out of MS plates. Depending on the size of the component, the painting booth can be single sided or the double sided. Which means there shall be single or double extraction chamber, on either or both sides of the component. The fresh air coming from top of the painting booth takes away the over spray paint particles through metallic grill.

Available in a range of sizes, the Precision System Reciprocator (Gallauto) offers robust construction together with ease of adjustment of the up/down stroke through its high speed variable controller. Manual override is fitted and, where beneficial, can be offered with PLC control.

Precision System offer smooth movement across the entire stroke, and fitted with heavy duty rollers to carry heavy duty loads, vol-tec reciprocators can be produced with special stroke lengths upon request.

Side Draft Spray Painting Booth

These Spray Paintings Booths meet most of the industrial finishing requirements. The fresh air flows from behind the operator across the component towards the extraction chamber. That is reason, they are known as Side Draft spray painting booths.

The Paint booth is formed of mainly three parts:

• A Water Tank which rests on the floor
• Extraction Chamber at the top of the water tank
• Exhaust fan which is placed on top of the extraction chamber

Water Wash Painting Booth

Pump Water-Wash Booths are often chosen when there is heavy painting or pigment overspray to be done. It allows continuous operation with minimum down time for maintenance. When extremely high paint pigment accumulation occurs in the tank, it is recommended that a sludge removal system is integrated into the booth, allowing for a more continuous paint operation, while saving on sludge removal and disposal costs.
